DOLOPO– MAN 3 Madiun commemorated the 96th Youth Pledge Day (Hari Sumpah Pemuda) with a special focus on the importance of English language skill. The ceremony, held on Monday, October 28th, 2024, featured an inspiring speech by inspector of ceremony, Mr. Supriadi, S.Pd., who delivered his speech entirely in English.
In his speech, Mr. Supriadi emphasized the significance of English in today’s globalized world and encouraged students actively use the language in their daily lives. He highlighted the role of English in fostering intercultural communication and opening up opportunities for future endeavors.
In the morning, the school organized an essay competition and a cultural performance. The Winners of the essay competition were awarded trophies in recognition of their outstanding writing skills. The cultural performances show cased the students’ talents and creativity, creating a festive atmosphere.
The celebration at MAN 3 Madiun not only paid tribute to the historical significance of the Youth Pledge but also demonstrated the school’s commitment to promoting global citizenship and equipping students with the skills necessary to succeed in a competitive world.
